An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Administrator to provide administration and service desk support to the IT Department at King Edward VI School. The successful candidate will provide a timely, effective and customer focused service to a diverse user body of over 1500 staff and students. This will include assisting in the management of IT helpdesk calls, organisation and maintenance of IT resources, website updates, support of IT training and updating IT policies and procedures.
We are looking for an organised individual who is accurate with good attention to detail. You will have experience of working in a busy environment and prioritising your workload appropriately. You will be an effective communicator with written communication skills at a high level.
You must have A-levels or equivalent and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. IT qualifications and experience of working in an IT and/or school environment would be an advantage.
