Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. We would require experience of at least 6 months in a similar role. 

Contract dates 

Immediate start on a long term basis with the view to being a permanent role after 12 weeks.

The role:

Vision for Education is seeking to appoint an IT Assistant on a full-time basis to work within a specialist Education setting. This role will involve undertaking IT upgrades and developments. Ensuring that network servers, firewalls etc are all maintained. Responsibility for maintaining efficient records of hardware and recording of software licensing agreements. 

The school

A specialist setting that cater for students with a variety of different Special Educational Needs and Disabilities but predominantly Social, Emotional and Mental Health. Graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted several times in a row, with an extremely supportive and successful team.

Requirements

To be considered for the IT Assistant role you must:

• Have experience in a similar role

• Be able to lead and provide support alongside the IT helpdesk 

• Have a genuine desire to become part of a successful, hardworking team.
