Truro and Penwith College has a number of vacancies across a range of new European Social Fund (ESF) projects, which will address skills gaps and support individuals with training and information, advice and guidance across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

ESF GROW DIGITAL

This project will entail the design, development and delivery of employer-led digital skills training to support SME and Micro-Businesses in West Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. 

We are looking for a dynamic, creative and proactive individual who is passionate about developing people and supporting local businesses to develop their IT and digital skills expertise. The ideal candidate would have current industry experience and a strong background in IT, Digital Skills and Technical Solutions.  The post holder will coach SME and micro-businesses to address IT and digital skills challenges and will also work with employers to develop and trial training solutions, so the post holder so should be adept at building and developing relationships with external stakeholders. Applicants should have project coordination experience and ideally experience in or knowledge of European Social Fund activity.
