Job overview

For September, we are looking for an IT Technician to join our IT Helpdesk Team.  If you have a passion for customer service and would enjoy a wide and varied workload, we would love to hear from you.  

On a day to day basis you may be supporting staff and pupils with IT related queries via the Help-desk, providing IT inductions and training, assisting with clubs and activities, supporting with the VLE (Firefly) and School Management Systems, and working on projects.

The successful candidate will need to hold a relevant computing qualification, have a good knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, and ideally have experience in a similar role.  We are happy to receive applications from those seeking an entry level position up to a senior level of technical experience, who feel they have the skills and aptitude to make a positive contribution to the school.
