Salary: £12,221.22 per annum
Contract: 36 hours per week, 52 Weeks per annum, Fixed-Term for 18 months
Primary Location: You will be allocated a base site, but you can be required to work on any College sites as required

The post holder will be involved in providing frontline support assisting in the operation of the College’s Service Helpdesk service.
The post holder will study towards a Level 3 in IT or Customer Care.
