We require an IT Infrastructure Engineer to support our current IT infrastructure and to help implement new services.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience in IT Infrastructure, as well as initiative and flexibility. They will understand the importance of user experience and customer service and will work proactively to maintain agreed service levels and up-times. They will also recognise the importance of documenting processes and procedures.

Good communication skills are also important together with good organisation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

The main duties will involve working with virtualisation technology, Windows Server systems, Office 365, including Intune, switch maintenance, backup technology and cloud wireless services.

The IT Engineer will report to the IT Infrastructure and Network Manager and will be based at Princethorpe College with some duties at The Crescent and Crackley Hall Schools.
