We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Manager who will support our school's mission and become an integral part of our growing community. The successful candidate will manage our IT department, which currently consists of one IT technician. 


Role Overview:

As the IT Manager, you will lead our IT department, ensuring optimal functionality and security across our computer systems, network, and IT resources. This role involves managing the IT infrastructure, supporting staff, and collaborating with IT teams in our sister schools, creating a dynamic and internationally connected educational environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance IT infrastructure, including network management and IT resource optimisation.
  • Administer and support Google Cloud services, Google Workspace for Education, and other cloud-based software.
  • Configure and maintain networking and WiFi solutions with Meraki, manage Apple devices using Jamf Pro for MDM, and ensure safe internet access with ContentKeeper.
  • Manage Papercut for printing solutions, and educational software such as Pronote and Eduka, ensuring these tools are effectively integrated and maintained.
  • Provide proactive technical support and training to staff, fostering a technology-positive culture.
  • Engage in collaborative IT projects with international teams from our sister schools.


Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in IT management and leadership.
  • Expertise in Google Cloud, Google Workspace for Education, and familiarity with cloud-based software.
  • Experience with Meraki, Jamf Pro, ContentKeeper, and proficiency in managing Apple devices.
  • Knowledgeable in managing printing solutions, and educational or administrative software.
  • Excellent skills in organization, prioritisation, and multitasking.
  • Problem-solving and a forward-thinking approach to technology in education.
  • Prior work in an educational setting is an advantage, with a strong desire to engage with and contribute to educational technology.


Preferred Qualifications:

BSc degree in Computer Science or a related field.
