IT Network Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, articulate and personable IT Network Manager to lead and join our exceptionally supportive team.

This is a full-time, permanent position, and the post holder will work closely with the Excalibur IT Manager and the St John’s senior leadership team to devise an ICT development strategy for St John’s which also adheres to and accents the wider MAT IT vision. This role is the main and first point of contact and will oversee all 3rd party companies who are contracted to support and/or make changes to the school network.

They will manage and oversee the St John’s IT Support team and help them deliver the required support to end users as well as being a point of escalation for ongoing and complex issues and be responsible for the management, maintenance, update and security of the core onsite network and servers in addition to off-site cloud services. A full job description is attached.
