Notre Dame Catholic Sixth Form College is a highly successful college located in the Universities area of Leeds. The College is rated as ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted and is always oversubscribed.

The College is looking for an inspirational and visionary individual to lead and manage our IT Support Services and IT Network. who can build on the success of the IT department, to lead and further develop the team. You should have a track record of outstanding success, well-qualified, and pro-active in a commitment to providing the highest quality IT services for our staff and students. 

IT Support Services and IT Network at Notre Dame Catholic Sixth Form College

IT Services aim to ensure the availability and ease of use of the college computer network and other technical teaching and learning resources for college staff and students. We are responsible for hardware and software procurement, installation, support and maintenance. We aim to provide a friendly, professional, and easy to use technical support service for all users of the network. We also aim to develop IT in the College to enable the use of new and emerging technologies. The network is managed using industry specification software and hardware. The Network is extensive, running to every classroom over several buildings, servicing 1100 PCs, 500 laptops and portable devices, Smartboards, Interactive touchscreens, data projectors and other peripheral equipment. 

There is a mutually supportive, friendly and professional atmosphere within the department and a strong emphasis on providing the best possible service to staff and students. There is a wealth of experience and professional knowledge and an encouragement to undertake professional development.
