In this 3rd line support role as an IT Networks & Systems Engineer, you will implement & maintain both Operating Systems and Software Applications across the organisations Windows & Apple desktop/laptop/Tablet machines, and assist with the design, implement, management, and support the organisations IT Infrastructure which includes wired & wireless Networks, internet connectivity, cybersecurity, IT Security, servers, cloud services, email & content filtering.

We require that candidates for this role be flexible, have good troubleshooting skills and be willing to assist in a number of areas including support, development, customer service and some project work.

Commencing as soon as possible, this role you will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, operation and maintenance of the organisations Information technology equipment and networks, as well as providing cross-College technical and software support for equipment and facilities in order to ensure an excellent service to students and staff.
