We are now looking to recruit an exceptional IT Onsite Technician to work with Ark Bolingbroke Academy in London and the wider Ark IT team to provide excellent proactive and reactive support to ensure the continuous availability of the IT equipment within the SLA’s and KPI’s as defined.
The successful candidate will:
· Have at least two years’ experience working within a school or other related environment.
· Be able to collaborate with others to achieve high standards of end user satisfaction
· Assess incoming incident and prioritise work according to timescales and processes.
· Carry out technical investigation into support calls and escalate to the local technical team where issues require escalation.
· Be aligned with Ark’s ethos of high aspirations and high expectations of self and others
