We are now looking to recruit an exceptional IT Senior On Site Technician to work with King Solomon Academy and the wider Ark IT team to provide excellent proactive and reactive support to ensure the continuous availability of the IT network, infrastructure and equipment within the SLA’s and KPI’s as defined.
The successful candidate will:
· Have At least three years’ experience working within a school or other related environment.
· Act as a point of reference for queries from other team members
· Assess incoming incident and prioritise work according to timescales and processes.
· Demonstrate a proactive approach in building relationships with others
· Be aligned with Ark’s ethos of high aspirations and high expectations of self and others
