Are you a proactive, solutions-focused IT professional who thrives on delivering exceptional support? We’re looking for a Senior IT Services Support Technician to play a key role in ensuring our staff and students enjoy a seamless, high-quality digital experience across campus.

In this senior position, you’ll lead by example — providing frontline technical assistance, mentoring colleagues, driving innovation, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our IT Services.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver expert frontline support—both in-person and remotely—for endpoint devices, AV equipment, supported software, and digital services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests, ensuring a smooth and efficient IT experience for all end users.
  • Provide technical support for college events, ensuring AV and IT systems operate flawlessly.
  • Mentor and train members of the IT Services Support Team, promoting best practice in support, implementation, maintenance, and problem solving.
  • Work collaboratively with IT Services colleagues and end users to identify needs and deliver innovative, effective solutions.
  • Maintain high standards of documentation, following all IT Services policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Take a leading role in improving IT Services processes, systems, and team performance.
  • Support occasional out-of-hours operations when required.
  • Uphold and model the college’s values, setting a positive example for colleagues and students.
