IT Support Engineer

Bloom Holding is seeking to appoint a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Engineer to join one of its Schools IT department, where the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering reliable, responsive, and high-quality technical support across the organisation. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing comprehensive assistance for endpoint systems, software applications, and hardware, ensuring that technical issues are accurately diagnosed, prioritised, and resolved in a timely and efficient manner to minimise disruption to end users. This role demands a proactive and adaptable individual capable of managing a varied workload in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a strong focus on service excellence while supporting a diverse user base within an educational setting. With a minimum of six years of relevant experience, the ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to engage effectively with staff at all levels and explain technical concepts in a clear and approachable way. They will demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently on their own initiative, showing sound problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed and effective under pressure.
