The school is seeking to appoint an IT Support Specialist/System Administrator to join immediately. The candidate must be currently a resident of Doha, Qatar.

Requirements:

• Must be currently working in Doha, Qatar (requirement)
• BA or BSc Degree or relevant certifications
• Proficiency in English
• Immediate Availability to join

Responsibilities:

• Managing VMs (ESXI, VMware vSphere, Hyper-V)
• Setting up and managing various devices (Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, Switches, routers, AP Controllers, NAS, SAN, IP Phones, PABX, Firewall).
• Possess extensive knowledge of Windows Server 2019,2022, and Windows 10,11.
• Planning and executing wired and wireless network installations.
• Handling all backup operations (WSB, Veeam, AZURE, SQL).
• Managing CCTV implementation and maintenance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Microsoft Exchange, Azure AD Connect, SAML, and SSO.
• Managing school learning management system, biometrics and security access control system.
• Configuring and managing Windows server services and features, including AD DS, DNS, DHCP, Shared Folder, Folder Redirection, File and Storage Services, RDS, WSUS, NPAS, Print and Document Services, Remote Access, GPO, PowerShell, WDS, MDT.
• Managing Print servers, Papercut, MFD printers, and standalone printers.
• Administering the ERP system & SQL.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting any kind of issues with the interactive whiteboards.
• Handling technical requirements for school events (Audio Video system).
• Managing procurement and asset records. Planning the IT budget annually.
• Regularly updating and maintaining technical documentation.
