IT Support Technician: School of Engineering
To be part of an IT Support Team that provides General IT support across the School of Engineering and, as part of that team, to operate, maintain and develop personal computer systems and their controlling servers to ensure reliable, secure and appropriate IT systems for teaching, research and administrative activity across the School.
Possessing knowledge of desktop operating systems and at least one programming or scripting language you will provide first line professional technical support to all staff and students troubleshooting hardware and software problems as required to assist in the continued operation of the 12 computing related teaching laboratories.
