IT Support Technician (Full Time, Full Year)
Working 37 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm, full year, with flexibility required.
You will manage the College’s IT Support functions, including both online and physical helpdesks, including:
· Assisting in the support of staff and students using College IT equipment and services
· Assisting in the maintenance of computers, related hardware, software, service request data and other departmental records.
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has experience of working in a helpdesk environment in a Windows networked environment.
- Has knowledge and experience of supporting and maintaining PCs and core office software
Sixth Form Colleges’ Support Staff Pay Spine 20, £17,700 rising to point 23, £19,094 with annual increments based on service and performance related criteria
