Northern Education Trust (NET) is a charitable education Trust with an improving track record for school improvement. The Trust sponsors 20 academies; 10 secondary and 10 primaries across the North of England in ten Local Authority regions.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and flexible ICT Technician to join our existing ICT support team immediately.
The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of general hardware and software as well as being highly organised and having excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of team is essential and experience of working in an ICT support role or similar would be an advantage.
The successful applicant will be required to work as part of a dedicated team of staff and relate to a wide range of staff and students within the Academy.

We are unashamedly focused on the educational outcomes of our students and deem that our students deserve to achieve the very best grades that they are capable of. We believe that this is the whole point of running a great school and we are exceedingly proud that we achieve this by taking a truly child centred approach. Our students are the most important people in our building!

In addition to the core business, there are also countless opportunities to learn, develop, make new friends and have fun through extra-curricular activities. We have a strong sporting ethos, and there are many different sports offered throughout the year. In addition to this, we offer extra-curricular opportunities in drama, music, dance, and many other areas. There are countless trips, outings and charity events too, via our well-developed House System.
