Grade: Grade D, SCP 5 - 8
Actual salary: £19,312 - £20,493
Hours / contract term: 37 hours a week, all year round
Achievement through Collaboration Trust are looking to appoint a reliable and organised person with a good knowledge of IT and excellent people skills who can provide excellent technical support. The post will involve working with a wide range of systems and technologies across a number of sites, and would be ideal for someone looking to broaden their experience.
The trust recognises the importance of effective ICT Support. The successful candidate will work closely with the Trust Network Manager and join a team supporting users across a number of School sites.
The role can be very rewarding and have a huge positive impact upon the education of young people.
Duties will include supporting Schools that are part of the Multi Academy Trust, and potentially local Schools which subscribe to a support agreement. Accordingly, the post will require travel to any of the Trust sites and any other schools we may support in the local areas. The post will be based at the Trust offices adjacent to Witton Park Academy in Blackburn, with the majority of time spent out at School sites. Travel expenses will be reimbursed in line with Trust policy. Current Trust sites are in the Blackburn, Blackpool & Clitheroe areas.
