Job overview

Term time only

The TBAP Multi-Academy Trust is an approved DfE Academy Sponsor providing alternative and special education to over 500 learners aged 5 to 19 years’ old who have social, mental, emotional and health needs. The Trust currently works across four London Boroughs, Cambridgeshire and a residential boarding provision in West Sussex.

What sets TBAP apart is our exclusive focus on meeting the needs of disadvantaged children and commitment to results – we design and adapt our approach so successes for learners are a non-negotiable. We are one of the highest performing alternative provision Multi-Academy Trusts in England – drawing on skills from a network of experts from our Teaching School Alliance, to ensure our academies have the support and resources to do their job effectively. What’s more, we make sure every one of our staff has access to relevant CPD, encouraging development and career progression at every level.

This is a unique opportunity to join a community of staff who are creating a high performing Trust which is positively changing the life chances for learners now and in the future. We are looking for an IT Technician who is committed to meeting the educational needs of some the most vulnerable learners.

The IT Technician will be responsible for managing the ICT network and the Managed Learning Environment (MLE) across TBAP Trust sites & associated business locations.  Responsibilities include configuration of workstations hardware & software, reporting, developing & maintaining the Trust’s Management Information Systems.

Flexibility to work access other TBAP sites is essential.
