IT Technician (Scale S01)
20 hours per week, 41 weeks per year

Russet House School is a community special school for autistic children aged 3 – 11 years old. The school also has a satellite provision based in a local primary school and the Enfield Advisory Service for Autism, Bell Lane, Enfield.
Do you have the proven skills and abilities/ knowledge to be an IT Technician at Russet House?
- Level 2 NVQ or diploma in an IT related discipline
- Knowledge of IT hardware and a range of software applications relevant to the settings
- Proven skills for the installation, management and updates-patching of network related hardware
- Comprehensive knowledge of fault diagnosis and resolution
- Ability to advise others on their use of school hardware and software
- Capable of managing time in a fast paced working environment in order to provide a quality service for staff and pupils
Hours: 20 hours per week x 41 weeks per annum (2 weeks during school
holidays)

Russet House School offers a broad and balanced education for children with autism in a happy, purposeful atmosphere, where everyone counts and every achievement is valued.
The school has been purpose-built and offers superb facilities and resources but the most important resource, however, is the partnership between parents, staff and, of course, children.
Russet House also runs the Enfield Advisory Service for Autism on behalf of Enfield Council.

Aims of Russet House
1. To provide accommodation and a physical environment designed to meet the needs of pupils with autism.
