Southfields Academy seeks to appoint an enthusiastic ICT Technician to install, assemble and configure computers, operating systems and network infrastructure in our innovative community. Duties will also include troubleshooting software and hardware problems with computer systems and server infrastructure with a diverse community of users comprising of staff, students and members of the public.

Applicants should have a Microsoft Certification (MCDST preferred), 2 years’ experience in a help desk role and a good level of English proficiency. Experience in an educational environment and with Mac OSX and cabling is desirable.
