We are seeking a Teacher of Japanese to join our thriving and successful Modern Languages department.
To be successful, you will:
- be fluent in English and Japanese;
- be able to support and encourage young people in developing their confidence in languages;
- have previous teaching experience (preferred).
Joining us, you will support students in studying to GCSE level and provide a weekly Japanese language club for students new to the language.
Peripatetic language teachers are paid per teaching session at a rate agreed with the School. We are initially looking for support for 1-2 hours per week, preferably on a Friday afternoon, although demand for the subject may increase over time.
