JAGS Saturday School for Performing Arts (JASSPA) is a performing arts school based at James Allen's Girls’ School in Dulwich, South East London. It is a thriving Saturday School with 450 pupils from 80 schools taking classes in Dance, Drama and Music, as well as offering specialist music courses during the major school holidays - South London Youth Orchestra. There are over forty teachers and a team of support staff. JASSPA courses aspire to excellence and professional standards for all participants aged 4-18.

The role of Administrator is to support the Director in ensuring the smooth running of JASSPA, responding in a flexible manner to the varied situations and requirements which arise from JASSPA’s busy schedule. As a key point of contact for all enquiries, the Administrator must have excellent communication skills and be professional and approachable. Good organisational skills are essential to prioritise the workload, which includes financial and administrative duties as well as publicity, concert/shows and timetable management.
