Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract type: Permanent

Salary: £22,425 per annum

About the role:

As our Junior Payroll Coordinator, you’ll work with an established payroll team, processing payrolls for Outcomes First Group. You will be expected to work closely with both the HR and Finance teams, to ensure that all payroll information is accurately reflected in the management accounts.

You’ll assist in the accurate and timely processing of all payroll-related payments to all employees across the Group from start to finish.

We’re looking for a diligent individual who is eager to learn and grow in the payroll field. You do not need to have payroll experience, although if you do it would be beneficial. 

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A keen interest in learning payroll processes and improving skills
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Attention to detail and a desire to keep things organized
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
