Junior School Deputy Head Academic

Repton Al Barsha is seeking an outstanding Junior School, Deputy Head Academic for August 2022.

Purpose of the Role

The Deputy Head Academic (DHA) will work supporting the Head in the effective day-to-day running of the Junior School. The DHA will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team. He or she will be directly responsible to the Head. The DHA is responsible for the quality of teaching and learning and the standards of academic achievement at Repton Al Barsha.

Successful candidates will:  

• Hold Bachelors of Education or PGCE with appropriate specialism, or          
• Hold Bachelors in subject relevant to teaching specialism plus PGCE in Primary Education          
• Have experience teaching in a UK setting or renowned British Curriculum /  international school
