Job overview
We are seeking a highly organised PA with first class administrative skills to provide the Head of the Junior School with a comprehensive administrative and secretarial support service.
They will play a key role facilitating the smooth and efficient running of the Junior School, planning and managing the Junior Head’s diary, dealing with correspondence, taking minutes at meetings and producing the weekly newsletter.
This is a very customer focused role and as such requires excellent verbal skills and strong organisational and influencing skills. Considerable secretarial and administrative experience in a complex organisation is equally important along with knowledge of office management processes.
