Millfield is the largest co-educational boarding school in the UK with over 1,200 pupils, aged 13-18. The pupil body is comprised of 75% full boarders and 25% day pupils. We are looking to appoint a Junior Systems Developer with energy, drive and enthusiasm to join the IT Services team.
The successful applicant will provide support software development, maintenance and administration across both the prep and senior schools. Experience of C#, HTML, CSS, SQL Databases and web-based software development would be beneficial however this role would be suitable for someone with basic programming experience either self-developed or from college. The key characteristic we are looking for is a passion for coding, for experimenting and for developing software solutions.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm or 9.00am - 5.00pm, plus you will be required to work some Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
