Key Stage 1/2 Teachers

International English School of Valladolid is part of Colegio Internacional de Valladolid, an all through school.

We are looking for exceptional KS1 & 2 teachers to join our team at the International English School of Valladolid, a leading provider of education in Valladolid. This is a unique opportunity as the successful candidate will be able to make a significant contribution to setting up and shaping the future of the school as it continues its journey changing to British education. Currently we are a British school from Pre- Nursery to Year 3 and from September 2025 we will open up to Year 7. Individuals will be outstanding practitioners who enjoy challenges and can enthuse others to do the same.

The school is a private, non-selective, co-educational school in Valladolid and is part of the International Education Partnership (IEP) which is a member of Dukes Education. IEP owns a number of private schools in Spain where the students are at the heart of the learning process.

Candidate requirements

Applicants must have the automatic right to work in Spain.

Qualifications:

Qualified teacher status or equivalent

Experience:

Relevant teaching experience in the Foundation Stage and / or Key Stage 1 / 2 in the UK, international or bilingual school

Language skills :

Proficient spoken and written level of English (C2 in CEFR minimum) or a level comparable to first language. Proof of level may be required.
