The role 

Working in a Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher will require you to have the ability to teach in a class with a wide range of abilities. Communication, understanding, encouragement and involvement are crucial for this partnership to be successful. The children benefit from an inclusive environment where they are encouraged to achieve their very best.

This is a great opportunity for either an experienced or newly qualified Primary Teacher who has experience in the Key Stage 1 or lower Key Stage 2 to work as part of a friendly team with an aim to ensure that every child achieves their potential of these through the provision of a safe, warm, secure and caring. 

Requirements 

To be considered for the Key Stage 1 Primary Teacher, you will: 

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status PGCE (QTS), NQTS/ECTS will be considered. 

• Will have recent experience working in Key Stage 1 or primary education. 

• Up to date knowledge and application of Phonics delivery.  

• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of teachers.

• Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.

• You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Resilience and ability to commit to tasks.

• Good time management and organisational skills.
