We are seeking to appoint an exceptional, passionate and motivated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our growing team of outstanding educators at the Royal Grammar School, Guildford in Qatar.
The successful candidate will have the requisite experience, personality and approach to inspire, challenge and motivate children through the successful delivery of the Key Stage 1 Curriculum.
Planning, preparation, recording, assessment and reporting will meet the varying learning and social needs of the pupils. The successful candidate will maintain the positive ethos and core values of the school, both inside and outside the classroom.
The RGS is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening, including reference checks with previous employers and Disclosure and Barring Service check.

The Royal Grammar School Guildford in Qatar (RGSGQ) is an international school located in the Qatari capital of Doha and is the first international branch of the prestigious RGS Guildford, UK. The School opened in September 2016, and currently accepts pupils from age 3 to 13 years (EYFS to Year 8), with plans to fully open the Senior school by 2020 for pupils up to 18. The RGS Guildford in Qatar offers the British national curriculum and follows a similar, selective entrance criteria to its British counterpart Pre-prep students undergo an informal assessment, while prep and senior pupils will be expected to pass an assessment which focuses on a range of subjects.
