Putteridge Primary School is keen to recruit a Teaching Assistant to join our highly effective team. As part of this role, there will be a requirement to cover lunchtimes.

If you are a highly experienced, effective Key Stage 1 TA then read on!

Working within a Phase Group team, our TAs support our teaching staff in delivering high quality learning through working with individuals, small groups, delivering targeted interventions and have an unwavering belief that all children can reach their true potential.

Your core role will be to support children's learning and you will:

Have recent and relevant school based, whole class experience within Key Stage 1 (knowledge of Key Stage 2 would be advantageous)

• Have a working knowledge and recent, relevant experience in the delivery of daily phonic sessions

• Be committed to raising the achievement and attainment of all of our children

• Have the drive, enthusiasm and commitment to develop our school further

• Be a committed team player who enjoys working collaboratively

• Be friendly, caring and hardworking

Interviews will be held on Friday 24th May 2019. As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to plan and deliver a small group session.
