The British International School of Stockholm invites applications from experienced, creative Primary Teachers to join our dynamic team in lower Key Stage 2, from August 2018.

Situated in Djursholm, a beautiful suburb of Stockholm, and enjoying an excellent reputation, the British International School of Stockholm (BISS) is a vibrant and highly successful school of over 420 children from 40 different countries.

Meeting internationally recognised standards of excellence, the school is an accredited member of COBIS (the Council of British International Schools) and received an excellent BSO inspection report.

BISS uses the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) together with a combination of the UK strategies and Cambridge International Curriculum, to provide high quality learning opportunities from Early Years to Year 6. In Years 7 to 11 we additionally use the International Middle Years Curriculum and Cambridge IGCSEs.

Applicants must be a fully qualified teacher (UK BEd or PGCE with relevant degree, or hold the equivalent recognised teaching qualifications from other countries), with a track record of improving and having a positive impact on children's learning.

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the EU.
