The role

Coopers Lane Primary School is a diverse inner city school with a strong commitment to inclusive practice and an excellent reputation for teaching and learning. The school currently has three forms of entry.

In March 2017, Ofsted judged Coopers Lane to be a good school and highlighted the progress the school is making towards becoming outstanding. “You set out clear expectations for enhancing the ambitions of pupils and improving their self -belief in what they can achieve, Ofsted March 2017.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and hard-working Key Stage 2 Intervention Teacher, working predominantly in Year 6. The role involves teaching a small booster group for the core subjects in order to help children meet the end of year expectations.

This is a great opportunity to join an experienced and established team. Coopers Lane School is looking for a candidate with excellent teaching experience and a strong work ethic. Successful candidates will be confident within their knowledge of the Key Stage 2 Curriculum, and previous experience as an intervention teacher is ideal. 

This will be a Fixed Term Contract until the end of the Summer Term 2018.
