Ruislip Gardens Primary School is a large three form entry primary school in the London Borough of Hillingdon. 

We are looking for a Key Stage 2 Phase Leader who will work in partnership with all the staff and pupils of Ruislip Gardens Primary School to improve upon our recent Ofsted inspection which found that the school ‘requires improvement’. 

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive individual who has the capacity to help drive our school forward to the next stage of its journey. The successful candidate will possess the confidence and ability to deliver on our promise to provide children with exceptional care and attention and encourage all round achievement and academic excellence.

Our ideal candidate will be someone who:

· is able to demonstrate outstanding teaching and has an exemplary record of primary classroom practice.

· has a track record of successfully raising standards and ensuring all pupil groups make good progress.

· has the drive, determination and enthusiasm to enhance the high level of learning in our school.

· possesses excellent organisational and communication skills, demonstrates attention to detail and has the ability to motivate and support colleagues.

· will be a significant and visible presence around the school.

· can think strategically and act practically to promote school improvement.

· has a commitment to working in partnership alongside parents and the local community.

Our school is based in the diverse community of Ruislip Gardens, in West London and can offer the successful candidate a chance to work with pupils in a rich and well-rounded curriculum. We can also offer the opportunity to work alongside a staff team comprised of hardworking and dedicated professionals committed to developing our school into a beacon of excellence.

Our Governing Body is highly supportive and is looking to work collaboratively with the successful candidate to move our school from Requires Improvement, to Good, to Outstanding.
