The role 

Smart Teachers are recruiting for a full time Key Stage 2 SEN Teaching Assistant to work in an independent one-form entry school in the London Borough of Croydon. The suitable candidate will be working within a Year 5/6 class. The role is general Teaching Assistant but experience with SEN is desirable, yet not essential. This role is ideal for candidates wishing to further their progress working with SEN children. This would be a fabulous opportunity for a Psychology graduate who wishes to pursue a career in Educational Psychology or an individual who wishes to pursue a career in Education.  The job is an ASAP start with the option of going into a full-time long-term role starting in September.

More specifically, positive feedback is usually related to how friendly and welcoming the team are. Requirements 

To be considered for the Key Stage 2 SEN Teaching Assistant, you must:

• Have recent experience supporting KS2 ideally Year 5/6

• Experience with SEN (ideally ASD) desirable but not essential

• Eligibility to work in the UK (must have a valid visa)
