Vision for Education are seeking to appoint a Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teacher to work full time within a school in the centre of Newcastle. This position is set to commence at the end of November, continuing across the rest of the academic year. Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is Qualified Teacher Status. 

The role

The ideal candidate will have experience of teaching lower Key Stage 2 (KS2) and have a profound understanding of the National Curriculum. The Teacher would be expected to complete all classroom duties, including planning, delivering, and marking of which they must have a professional manner and set high expectations within the classroom, offered through excellent teaching methods.

Requirements

To be considered for the Key Stage 2 Teacher position, you will:

• Have had experience of teaching within Key Stage 2 (KS2).

• Hold a minimum of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Have an excellent work ethic and positive attitude towards teaching and learning.

• Be creative and enthusiastic towards delivering learning to the children. 

• Extensive knowledge of the Key Stage 2 Curriculum.
