Key Stage Co-Ordinator English TLR2b

Required for September 2023

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and innovative Teacher of English to lead a Key Stage and to teach the subject throughout the school at Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. The faculty is at an exciting moment in its development: new leadership has been in place for a year and a completely new curriculum is being developed. We are adding to the faculty and are looking to appoint an ambitious practitioner ready to lead a Key Stage. A-level English Literature (Edexcel) is a successful and popular choice for our post-16 students.

Langdon Park School has served the community for well over 100 years. We enjoy a large campus comprised of both original Victorian buildings and state of the art new builds. Spotlight youth service share part of our site and we have access to a range of additional services and provisions as a result of this. The local community is tight knit, hugely supportive of the school and where the vast majority of our students live. Langdon Park School is easily accessible from all parts of London and the south east. We have a DLR station outside the main reception: we are 20 mins away from central London. We have staff parking for those that require it.
