We seek to appoint an outstanding teacher and dynamic leader to further develop our highly successful and highly regarded Humanities department.  Every year the department 's GCSE results exceed national average performance.  

The successful applicant will be instrumental in leading department improvement, student intervention programmes and contributing to our wide ranging transition projects.  This post would be ideal for a future leadership position.

You will support the leadership of a successful, collaborative team; benefit from a strong team ethos and develop further the year on year improvements at both key stages.

As an outstanding teacher you will be given the opportunity to develop the teaching and learning practice of your colleagues across the school through our innovative and highly personalised CPD provision
