Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a Key Stage One Teacher / KS1 Teacher / Infant Teacher / Year 1 Teacher to join our successful teaching team and to work in a school in South Gloucester. This is a temporary position starting immediately and becoming permanent for the right candidate in January 2020.

The desired Key Stage One Teacher / KS1 Teacher / Infant Teacher / Year 1 Teacher will be working in a Year 1 Class in a primary school based in South Gloucester. 

This ‘Outstanding’ school has a lovely rural feel, following a Christian ethos and is actively part of the wider community. Children benefit from a long-standing accomplished staff and very supportive SLT which is dedicated to maintaining its high standards.  

The school is supported by a wider network of schools in the area which consequentially means staff can benefit from a wide range of CPD and career progression.

Requirements

To be considered for the Key Stage One Teacher / KS1 Teacher / Infant Teacher / Year 1 Teacher, you will:

• Be a qualified Teacher and hold QTS

• Have current experience within the last two years in the UK

• Be flexible, resilient and the ability to think on their feet

• Have experience teaching the primary curriculum at Key Stage One / KS1 / Infant level

• Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons

• hold a current enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to undergo one through Vision for Education and have it registered on the Update Service
