The Role

Our Key Workers are responsible for actively marketing the Fair Start Scotland employability service within the community. They engage with key stakeholders including Job Centres and other referral sources. Our Key Workers will be responsible for carrying out initial face to face meetings with potential Fair Start Scotland customers, ensuring customer’s expectations of the Fair Start Scotland service are met and doing all they can to get their customers back into sustainable employment. This is a fixed term position for 6 months. 

Have you got what it takes? 

You should have a passion for what you do along with relevant and recent experience. You will need to be motivated and happy working from home or remotely. You will have strong communication skills along with a proven ability to build a strong rapport with a wide range of customers both face-to-face and over the telephone. Ideally you will have some business development or client management experience. Due to the scope and nature of this role, you will need to have access to your own transport along with a willingness to travel.
