Tapton School – Part of Tapton School Academy Trust  

Key Worker - LD3 Grade 4 (point 17 - 22) £17,547- £20,456 pro rata  (Temporary for 1 year)  37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.  

Are you self-motivated, confident and have the ability to inspire? Are you eager to take on a challenge? If you display these attributes then this could be the post for you.  Required as soon as possible a Key Worker to provide support and guidance and deliver short term intervention to students to remove barriers to learning through promoting effective participation, raising self-esteem, enhancing individual learning and raising aspirations in order to achieve fully their potential. To supervise and facilitate learning for students withdrawn or isolated from lessons and support the work of the Behaviour and Safety Team. 

The successful candidate will need to establish productive working relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and setting high expectations.
