Rong Qiao Lanyi Kindergarten was founded by the Rong Qiao Group (a top 28th real estate company in China) in February 2013. It is a full-time International Bilingual kindergarten based in central Fuzhou. Currently there are 12 classes with 390 children.
The classroom adopts STEAM, Montessori and English learning objectives alongside music and drama to develop the children's confidence and performance skills. Rong Qiao Lanyi Kindergarten focuses on promoting the moral, intellectual, physical, social and aesthetic development of students. The goal of this kindergarten is to make every child healthy, happy and confident, preparing them for their future lives.
Requirements
Native-level English speaker.
Bachelor's degree or above.
At least 2 years working experience.
TEFL/TESOL certificate or similar.
Enjoys working with young children.
Job Description
To prepare appropriate lesson plans for the assigned age group according to the teaching aims and requirements
To create an English immersion environment
To participate in academic conferences arranged by the school
To help students develop good habits and abilities
To participate in school activities and assist in promotional events
To attend parent-teacher meetings and communicate daily with parents when needed.
To uphold the principles set by the school
Salary, benefits and working hours
16,000 RMB to 18,000 RMB per month before tax.
Official working Visa
Airfare reimbursement up to 10,000 RMB annually
Full time: 8am to 5pm, 2.5hr lunch break, Monday to Friday
