Kindergarten Release Teacher

Catholic Education in the Diocese of Rockhampton invites applications from qualified early childhood teachers to work as a release teacher at a new Queensland Approved Kindergarten at St Joseph’s Catholic Kindergarten, Bundaberg, due to commence operation in 2020.

The successful applicant will demonstrate a deep commitment and personal faith. They will provide a quality Catholic Education for children at the kindergarten, based on their extensive knowledge of early childhood education. The applicant will have well-developed organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work well within a team.

Qualified teachers, who possess the following, are encouraged to apply: 

• Relevant tertiary qualifications (4 year university qualified early childhood teacher)
• Appropriate qualities, knowledge and skills to provide a relevant and holistic education
• A desire to serve the community of Bundaberg
