The role:

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant to provide 1 to 1 support on a daily basis for a Key Stage 1 child with an Autism diagnosis and sensory and emotional needs.

You will also work as a general Teaching Assistant supporting other children, where directed by the class teacher and supervising group activities within the classroom, when not employed for the funded hours.

You will have previous experience working with children in a 1 to 1 capacity. An AET level 2 and ELSA qualification is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
