Are you a teacher who passionately believes in the limitless potential of children and the critical role adults play in this journey of self-realisation?
Radnor House Sevenoaks is seeking to employ such an individual to teach in our Prep School. Alongside the role of Class Teacher there is also the possibility, for the right candidate, of an additional responsibility as a Subject Leader.
Teaching and Learning at Radnor House Sevenoaks aims to create a collaborative whole-school community of lifelong learners, always motivated to achieve the highest standards of teaching and learning through self-reflection, objective evaluation, and research-based practice.
We require a candidate who can:
- provide leadership by example;
- work positively and constructively within their team and with other colleagues;
- think creatively and imaginatively, investigate, solve problems and identify opportunities;
- promote our core values of excellence, respect, courage and perseverance.
At Radnor House Sevenoaks, our teachers are dedicated to their ongoing professional learning, realising that continuous improvement is at the heart of building a successful school. We offer our staff the chance to develop both as teachers and individuals and actively encourage career development.
