We are looking to appoint two enthusiastic and inspirational teachers to join our successful team, to cover the maternity leave of the current job holders from September 2018 (or earlier if available) for a year in the first instance, however, there may be an opportunity for this to be extended. These positions will be particularly suitable for NQTs wishing to complete their induction year.

The successful applicants will work in classes where the teacher/pupil ratio is smaller than most schools, each class compromises of 22-24 children only.

If you:

  • Are keen to work with a team of exceptional staff who are committed to making a difference to children’s lives

  • Are able to make children's learning fun and create an exciting learning environment

  • Are inspirational, positive and love a challenge

  • Have worked previously with children who are from an ethnic minority background

  • Have excellent communication skills

We can offer:

  • The chance to work in a ‘good’ school (January 2015) where the development of our staff is high on our school agenda.

  • A warm and friendly school where staff are committed to raising the attainment and progress of every child; where nothing but the best will do!

  • Coaching and mentoring from a highly skilled team.

  • Children whose behaviour and attitudes to learning was deemed ‘outstanding’ by the latest Ofsted Inspection.

This is an exciting time to join our school where we ‘Exceed Expectations’

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All staff are subject to an enhanced DBS check. A conviction may not exclude candidates from appointment but will be considered as part of the recruitment process.
