We are looking for an outstanding KS1 teacher to join our dedicated and enthusiastic team. Crawley Green is a three form ‘Outstanding’ infant school, set in lovely grounds that are used extensively by the children. Our pupils work hard and behave well and need someone who will have high expectations and will inspire each child to achieve their potential.

Crawley Green Infant School is a non-denominational, coeducational, foundation school in south Luton. Breakfast and after school clubs at nearby Crawley Green & Wenlock Pre School are open to Crawley Green Infant School pupils. Using outdoor spaces children access a “Discovery Garden” where they can measure worms and gather data; there is also a “Little Rotters” scheme for collecting organic waste. There are approximately 270 children on the school roll, taught at the ages of 4-7.

Crawley Green has a very clear vision and purpose which is expressed in its statement “Valuing the Individual and Celebrating Achievement.” The school’s ethos is evidenced in a pro-active education which inspires adults and children to adopt and live positive human values.
A collaborative approach to achieving excellence is consistently applied throughout Crawley Green. Supportive leadership and supportive teams are key strengths of the school where teams regularly meet to share and plan. Each half term pupils will also explore a different value, such as perseverance and co-operation.
