KS1 Intervention Teacher - Knowsley

Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher to join our successful supply teaching team and to work in a local primary school in Knowsley. This will be a contract starting immediately, running until the end of the academic year. The role could potentially be made permanent for the right candidate. 

This is a large and successful two form entry primary school, which is oversubscribed and has an outstanding reputation in the local community. The behaviour and attitude of the children is outstanding, and children enjoy coming to the school to learn. The school has recently been graded as one of the best in the North West due to their KS1 reading, writing and maths results.

The desired Key Stage 1 (KS1) Intervention Teacher will be supported by an outstanding and passionate management team, and will work alongside some excellent practitioners, who put children at the heart of everything they do. The desired Teacher must have experience of working within Key Stage 1 and some experience planning and delivering interventions with specific groups, including: Greater Depth, low achievers, pupil premium and SEND children. 

To be considered for the position of Key Stage 1 (KS1) Intervention Teacher you must:

• Have experience teaching primary education at KS1 Level

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Primary Teachers

• Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons
