We are looking to appoint an inspirational and ambitious KS1 leader to join our dynamic team from September 2017.
£26,139 - £36,544 per annum inclusive of Outer London Weighting, MPR OR £39,127 - £42,077 per annum inclusive of Outer London Weighting, UPR
Additional Allowance: £2,640 - £6,450 TLR 2

- You have at least 3 years teaching experience
- You have the drive and energy to be an outstanding teacher and leader
- You lead by example and are an inspiration to both children and staff
- You are committed to raising standards through the setting of high expectations
- You have a ‘toolbox’ of ideas to improve outcomes for children with additional needs
- You think it’s integral for all children to be included and have high aspirations
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and management skills
